Sultan Palace - Tamansari - Kotagede
Sultan Palace with its grand and elegant Javanese architecture, lies in the center of Jogjakarta City. Continued to Tamansari (Water Castle) which only 5 minutes walk from the Sultan Palace south-west, this was once a beautiful and sophisticated water-park. Kotagede the small old town, locally known as silver smith home industry is located in 5km from the city. Contains the remains of the first capital of Mataram Kingdom, established in 16th century.
